Well there's always the other Femme Metal bands. I think Nightwish might be remotely similar because of the female and male singers.

I listened to Macbeth a little while ago and they did sound quite a bit like Lacuna Coil, but other then them, no i can't think of any other bands.

I dont think that Nightwish is similar to LC. So, Sepultura and Iron Maiden are similar because they have male singers..

No i've only heard of few songs from them but there was a definite LC vibe there

Hhhmmm...
Cristina and Andi's voices are so unique.... the closest would be Macbeth, but they aren't incredibly similiar either.
